I often think about my own faith as I try to live with it every day. I sometimes wonder what to tell others when they ask about why I believe in Jesus and his sacrifice on the cross for our sins. There are quite a few persons in and around me I pray and hope one day will also accept Jesus in their lives. For those I keep a little list of notes and experiences that confirms my faith and shows that God really does exsist and loves you the way you are. It also very important one does not blame God for all the bad stuff in life or try to do good things to get into heaven, the only true way in living for eternity is by accepting Jesus sacrifice for your sins on the cross and accept Gods grace upon you as it his will and gift to you to come to heaven and sit at his side at his throne… It is never to late to accept Jesus and you can only come to our father in heaven through Jesus, so if you have any questions email me or comment here, here is my list of reasons of why and how I believe and know that God lives and loves me.

1. What is nothing? People who do not believe in God say when they die there is nothing. Well what is it? No one can imagine it and then some claim its dark, well dark is SOMETHING.

2. When I was nine years old I had a severe spinal surgery done to me, I was later told I flatlined during the first surgery. I experienced life passing by my eyes and feeling so happy and warm, since that day I KNOW there is something after my death.

3. Scientist have found out that Earth is placed uniqely in our universe, only by minimal changes to our ecological system can there be life on this planet. Only by fine tuning around meterorites and gravity can we still be here. With only minor adjustment to these figurs we could not live, it as if its planned that way. There is a documentary of it:

4. Before we moved to North Germany I prayed and asked for guidance. The answer came in the way of a huge commerical poster posted only a few hundred meters away from our apartment it read: “Norway is getting closer”. I repeated this prayer and everytime a  new poster turned up!

5. The doctors told us the odds of us concieving in a natural way was like winning in the lottery. Having gone through every possible medical way in becoming parents we stopped and prayed to god: “if it is your wish for us to become parents, then let it  be”. Next routine check up my wife was expecting!

6. When I was fiveteen I underwent heavy depressions, I was aggressive and impatient. I did not love myself anymore. I had since as far as I can remember back always prayed when going to sleep. During this time I had stopped for over 2 years and decided to pray and ask God for help in change. That night I woke up feeling a cold wind go through me twice. I did not think much of it at that time, now 18 years later I realized it was the Holy Spirit that flew through me. As I changed completely after that prayer!

7. I went to Bible Seminar last year, I was feeling of becoming capable of praying in other languages but did not feel ready. First evening there the preacher felt many wanted this gift from God and asked them to come towards him. I did and up there I felt such a warm feeling and shaking all around and I felt the present of the Holy Spirit, now I do pray in other languages!

8. What miracles has happened in the name of Allah? Or any other Religion? NONE! I have never seen or heard anyone being healed by praying to Allah! I do see and hear and feel the prayers to Jesus and God! Ive seen people being healed in front of my own eyes! As Jesus is alive and Allah is only a name!

9. Why so much evil on earth? God gave us free will and its chain reactions are for us humans not understandable. Also do not forget the devil was kicked out from heaven and followed by 2/3 of the Angels turning into demons. Also by knowing the fact of the reveleations of Johannes at the end of the new Testament we know God is allmighty and in the end the devil is only his tool. God is pure goodness and he knows why and only he understands why things happen, so have faith.

10. What do you have to loose? If you believe in nothing you have everything to gain by believing in God and accepting Jesus in your life!
